Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of Calendario Astral ("the Service"), available on the web and as a connected app inside AI assistants such as Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI). By using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
Calendario Astral offers astrological calendars, moon phases, planetary aspects, natal charts, synastry, and interpretations. You can use it anonymously for general features or sign in with Google for personal features (natal chart, preferences, notes).
2. Nature of the content
The astrological content is provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal well-being. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Do not make important decisions based solely on information from the Service.
3. AI-generated content
Some readings — the AI tarot reading, the answers of the "Ask the sky" oracle and others that say so — are written by an artificial intelligence model (Claude, by Anthropic, or GPT, by OpenAI, depending on how the Service is configured) from what you send (the spread, the cards, your question) and what the app computes for you (your chart and your transits). Each one is labelled "Written by an AI". They are guidance for reflection and may contain mistakes or inaccuracies: they are not professional advice and do not replace a doctor, a therapist, a lawyer or a financial adviser. If you are at risk, contact your local emergency services. There is a limited number of AI readings per person per day; a service failure is not counted. Do not write in your question anything you do not want to share with the model provider.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to breach, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not access other people's data without authorization.
5. Accounts and AI access
You are responsible for activity on your account. When you connect the Service through Claude or ChatGPT, you authorize access via OAuth and can revoke it at any time from the assistant or by contacting us. Use of the assistant is also governed by the respective provider's terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, text, and interpretations are owned by Calendario Astral. Data you provide (such as your birth information) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but interruptions or changes may occur. We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms; we will post the current version on this page.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse of these Terms.
